ARROW RUSH

These terms are between you and NextInnovation ("we", "us"), the publisher of Arrow Rush.
By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Arrow Rush on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
We keep every right we do not expressly grant here. The game, its code, its artwork, its sounds and its name remain ours.
Please do not:
modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the game, or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly permits it
cheat, use unauthorised software, or tamper with the game's files to obtain coins, boosters or a leaderboard position you did not earn
submit false scores, or interfere with other players
redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game or any part of it
use the game to break the law
We may remove leaderboard entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
Coins, boosters, skins and similar items exist only inside the game. They are not money, they are not property, and they have no value in the real world. You cannot sell, transfer or exchange them for cash.
They live on your device. If you uninstall the game, use "Reset progress", or lose the device, they are gone — and because we hold no copy, we cannot restore them.
We may change the price, availability or balance of virtual items as we tune the game.
Paid items are sold and billed through Google Play, not by us directly, and your purchase is also subject to Google Play's terms.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy. Because we do not process your payment, we cannot issue a refund ourselves.
Remove Ads applies to the store account that bought it, and can be restored on that account.
The free version shows ads. Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching one — that is always your choice and never required to keep playing.
You can spend 1,000 coins on an Ad Break, which skips the next 5 full-screen ads. The skips do not expire, and they carry over between sessions. Coins have no real-world value — see section 4.
We do not control which specific ads Google serves. Buying Remove Ads stops the full-screen ads between levels; the optional rewards you choose to watch stay.
We would like the game to work perfectly and forever, but we cannot promise that.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the game or any feature — including the leaderboard, notifications and the shop — at any time. Online features depend on services we do not control.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the game.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game.
We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms — for example by cheating or tampering.
Sections 4, 8, 9 and 10 survive the end of this licence.
We may update these terms as the game changes. We will update the date at the top, and the current version will always be available in the game under Settings, and online.
Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
